Job summary

NHS Scotland in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Admin Supervisor to lead our busy reception and administrative team in a GP practice. You will supervise staff, coordinate workloads, and ensure high standards of patient service.

Working with the Office and Practice Managers, you will drive staff development, handle patient enquiries, complaints, and contribute to governance and service improvement. A supportive, patient-centred environment and NHS Pension are on offer.

About the Role:

As Admin Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day supervision and support to reception and administrative staff, helping to ensure that workloads are managed effectively and patients receive an excellent standard of service.

Working closely with the Assistant Practice Manager and Practice Manager, you will coordinate operational activities, support staff development, assist with service improvement initiatives, and act as a key point of contact for operational queries.
