Job summary

DCA Design International in Warwick is seeking an experienced Sector Manager for our medical and scientific sector. You will lead medical product development projects, plan and manage budgets and timescales, and act as the technical lead within multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work closely with designers, mechanical, electronics and software engineers, travel to events, and nurture strategic client relationships while delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in mechanical, mechatronics or design engineering.
• Strong experience in medical product design or development using CAE tools.
• Track record delivering medical projects with good outcomes.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary medical projects and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical work on medical product development projects.
• Plan, quote and manage budgets and timescales.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including design, mechanical, electronics and software.
• Represent clients at medical industry events and conferences.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients.
