You will mentor junior engineers, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure robust, compliant product development in a fast-moving environment. A strong background in medical device design and injection-moulded plastics is essential; regulatory exposure and lifecycle development experience are

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects within medical technology.
• Experience with high-volume manufacture of medical devices.
• Understanding of injection-moulded plastic components.
• Exposure to regulatory pathways or full lifecycle development.
