Asterix Health is transforming UK primary care by integrating international doctors into GP practice teams. Based in our London office, you will own partnerships from onboarding to long-term collaboration, shaping how our clinical model works in real-world settings.

You will lead onboarding, design workflows, and manage ongoing partner relationships with GP practices, delivering scalable processes and high-quality clinical support. Equity opportunities accompany impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS primary care as a junior doctor or GP.
• Ability to lead onboarding sessions, training and performance reviews with GP practices.
• Proven track record in improving workflows or SOPs.
• Familiarity with clinical systems such as EMIS, SystmOne and Accurx.
• Desire to design scalable, repeatable processes.

Responsabilités

• Run onboarding plans and own the onboarding process for new practices.
• Set up clinical workflows from day one to build practitioner confidence.
• Lead training sessions with practice teams.
• Be the trusted clinical point of contact and resolve issues directly.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with practice managers and GP partners.
