Asterix in the United Kingdom is seeking a founder‑level operator to join the leadership team. You\'ll own cross‑functional initiatives, shape strategy, and push execution forward across product, sales, operations and compliance.

This is not a support role: you\'ll free up the founders\' time by solving problems end‑to‑end, travel occasionally, and help scale a doctor‑driven, remote healthcare platform built with DoctorOS. You’ll collaborate with the CEO, COO, CTO and Medical Director.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high‑stakes, ambiguous projects end‑to‑end from idea to results.
• Design scalable workflows and KPIs across cross‑functional teams.
• Drive go‑to‑market efforts and external positioning.
• Ensure data, compliance and safety in a regulated healthcare setting.
