Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a skilled technician to repair, calibrate and maintain a wide range of medical, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment used in patient care at Conquest Hospital and our service partners. The post focuses on ensuring equipment operates safely with minimal downtime, supporting external NHS and private partners, and contributing to high‑quality clinical engineering services across East Sussex.

Salary £28,392–£31,157 per annum, pro rata, plus £4,108 RRP.

Qualifications

• General education including Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Repair, calibration and maintenance of a wide range of medical, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
• Support external NHS and private partners to ensure patient equipment is safe and reliable.
