Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Livingston, UK, invites applications for a Clinical Data Coordinator II. This office-based role offers hands-on experience in clinical research working with experienced specialists in a collaborative environment.

You will assist the Data Management Study Lead with v maintenance of eCRF, data validation specifications, and study procedures; manage data reconciliation; track metrics; and help identify root causes of data issues while building regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
  • Intermediate knowledge of clinical data management.
  • Familiarity with data management software (Medidata, Oracle RDC).
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP) is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems (e.g., Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., ICH‑GCP) is a plus.
