Job summary

TRS Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Diagnostic Systems to service and repair high-value capital equipment across NHS labs and clinical chemistry environments in Scotland. You will ensure optimal performance, minimise downtime and deliver high-quality service.

You will visit customer sites, troubleshoot and provide effective solutions while liaising with laboratory managers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Background as field service engineer with experience on high value capital equipment.
• Experience on diagnostic systems or medical devices preferred.
• Full product training provided; all backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair on medical and laboratory diagnostic systems in NHS labs.
• Visit customer sites and provide troubleshooting solutions.
• Liaise with hospital staff and external contacts.
