BHASVIC seeks an enthusiastic, experienced Media A level teacher to join a dynamic department in Brighton. The role covers Eduqas/WJEC A levels, with emphasis on Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency and film making.

The department runs BHASVIC TV/Film Club and offers a green-screen studio and edit suite for student projects. The post is a part-time role (FTE 0.5870) for 13.5 hours per week with potential to increase to 0.8 or full time, starting 1 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Media A level (Eduqas/WJEC).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and film making.

Responsibilities

• Teach Media A level (Eduqas/WJEC) to begin Jan 2027.
• Contribute to portfolio/enrichment activities and BHASVIC TV/Film Club.
• Utilise department facilities (green-screen studio and edit suite).
• Collaborate within a diverse Media and Film department to plan, assess and develop students.
