Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking an Associate, Planning in the UK to develop core media planning skills across channels and support campaign management processes. You’ll work with internal teams to deliver client-facing media plans and learn systems such as TGI and Pathmatics while staying current with industry trends.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and contributing to reporting, with a hybrid office setup in the UK.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel) proficiency.
• Interest in media and marketing trends and challenges.
• Ability to summarise information for sharing with the team.
• Familiarity with industry tools and systems (TGI, AdIntel, Pathmatics).
• Ability to work independently on simple tasks and present to clients or team.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline media planning knowledge across channels.
• Learn DE+I planning and carbon-conscious media.
• Run and analyse reports (competitive, audience insights).
• Assist with planning updates and client-facing media plans.
• Support with PO trackers, bookings and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with activation teams to deliver responses and plans.
