Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a proactive Manager, Planning to lead a high-profile beauty and luxury fashion portfolio in the UK. You will drive paid social (Meta) and PPC activation for RoC Skincare and ME+EM, supported by AI workflows to optimise campaigns and reporting.

You will work with senior clients, contribute to communications strategy, and mentor Account Executives while managing budgets and delivering exceptional results in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Agency experience: account management or media planning in a digital/Integrated agency environment.
• Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social channels; PPC experience a plus, with openness to AI-assisted execution.
• Solid understanding of audience insight tools, competitive research methods, and media targeting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Media Execution & AI-Powered Activation across RoC Skincare and ME+EM.
• Paid Social & PPC ownership: set up, manage, and optimize Meta and PPC campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Use AI workflows to streamline routine campaign management and reporting.
• Monitor real-time performance data; adjust budgets to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate on strategy and planning to translate briefs into multi-platform media plans.
• Own audience planning and competitor benchmarking to spark strategic ideas.
• Lead client relationships, attend status meetings, and manage timelines.
• Mentor junior team members in insights, analysis, and day-to-day agency operations.
