Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking an organised and proactive Solutions Planning, Account Executive to support the development and delivery of integrated media solutions for key clients. You will collaborate with Account Managers and activation teams to translate briefs into actionable plans and ensure operational excellence.

The role offers a strong entry point into solutions planning in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment within one of the world’s leading media organisations.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of media planning and the advertising ecosystem.
• Experience in an agency, media, marketing, or account support role is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in responding to client briefs and align requirements across channels.
• Coordinate integrated media solutions across performance, data, content, and channels.
• Prepare planning docs, timelines and briefs for seamless delivery.
• Own IO bookings, track campaigns, and manage assets and tags for activation.
• Support post-campaign reporting, insights, and budget tracking.
