Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is seeking a Media Executive to coordinate trade partner activity across trade, retail media and event channels. You will act as a central point of coordination between brand partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns and events on time and to a high standard.

You will lead planning and execution of partner events, ensuring exceptional experiences for brand partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, marketing, events, or commercial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns on time.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery: ensure campaigns are delivered on time and accurately.
• Event Delivery: plan and execute partner events to high standards.
• Operational Excellence: maintain trackers, calendars, and respond promptly to queries.
• Budget & Process Management: track partner investments and process invoices.
