Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is seeking a creatively ambitious Head of Content to transform how we tell stories and strengthen our position as the UK’s leading fragrance authority. You will lead storytelling, content production, organic social, PR and activations, turning brand and fragrance expertise into compelling stories.

You will build a modern storytelling engine from concept through production, distribution and activation, leading content-led activations and events that drive customer engagement

Qualifications

Significant senior-level experience in content, editorial and social.
Proven ability to build compelling content strategies and turn them into distinctive execution.
Strong experience across content production, video, photography, editorial and creator formats.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve The Fragrance Shop’s content and storytelling strategy.
Oversee editorial direction across digital, social, PR and partner channels.
Lead influencer/creator strategy across always-on storytelling and activations.
Build activations, events and experiences tied to major stories and launches.
