Job description

Location: London – hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Duration: Until 6th July 2026
Pay Rate: £48.08 per hour PAYE

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager to join our client’s Large Customer Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with media agencies and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies. The position focuses on TV and social advertising, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful solutions and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with media agencies to drive business growth.
  • Take ownership of customer relationships, working to develop and implement sales strategies that meet revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, working with internal teams to align resources and drive growth.
  • Lead strategic pitches and drive the creation of long-term plans to meet client objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of the advertising industry to guide clients, becoming a thought leader within the team.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Strong experience in sales, with experience in TV or Social advertising.
  • Strong sales and business development experience in advertising.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand customer needs, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive successful outcomes across different verticals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the broadcast and social media sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex projects.
