You’ll get hands-on experience from day one and gain exposure to the full campaign cycle: from pitch to reporting. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and eager to learn fast. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you do need the drive to find them.

  • Manage your time and tasks across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work closely with senior team members to continuously grow your skills and confidence in the media space.
  • Take a data-driven approach to all digital campaigns and commit to learning agency processes inside and out.
  • Continuously innovate and question traditional ways of doing things in the digital and social space.
  • Stay curious and eager to learn. The digital world moves fast, and so will you.
