Job Description

You will be part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Production team at EA. Based in the UK, this is a diverse role reporting to the Senior Manager, Adaptation & Localization (Video). It involves working daily with partners in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Madrid, Romania, and Sweden, so a 'one team' vision is essential.

You will project manage global advertising materials for international partners, overseeing campaign coordination, adaptation, and localisation for video assets, digital banners, digital and traditional out-of-home media across various consumer touchpoints such as advertising, TV, web, owned channels, 1st Party channels, and social media.

You will collaborate with multiple partners including Global Media, International Marketing Teams, Publishing Teams, Core Creative teams, and Studio teams. Your goal is to provide high-quality, focused assets to support EA's global and local marketing campaigns, ensuring creative concepts are communicated effectively, assets are delivered on time, and local needs are met.

As content production evolves, you will lead innovation and process improvements within our team and across partners, onboarding new platforms to enhance workflows and outputs.

Responsibilities
  • Project management for franchise titles and supporting other MCMs.
  • Manage localisation of content for global partners.
  • Coordinate asset needs with creative leads and localisation teams, optimizing schedules and reducing duplication.
  • Guide the production of advertising assets for various media, managing edits and formats.
  • Ensure timely delivery of source files in correct formats.
  • Brief localisation vendors and oversee final asset quality control.
  • Handle urgent requests and manage budgets, tracking spend and highlighting overspend.
  • Maintain relationships with asset users and content creators to improve communication.
  • Shape future workflows and processes, adopting new technologies.
  • Understand legal, contractual, and localisation restrictions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in market/agency or in-house creative, production, or localisation teams.
  • Project management experience in collaborative environments.
  • International experience or working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of media formats, video/display specs, HTML5.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
