Job Description

You will be part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Production team at EA. Based in the UK, this is a diverse role reporting to the Senior Manager, Adaptation & Localization (Video). The team works daily with partners in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Madrid, Romania, and Sweden, so a 'one team' vision is essential.

You will project manage global advertising materials for international partners, overseeing campaign coordination, adaptation, and localisation for video assets, digital banners, digital and traditional out-of-home media, deployed across all consumer-facing touchpoints such as advertising, TV, web, owned channels, 1st Party channels, and social media.

You will collaborate with multiple partners including Global Media, International Marketing Teams, Publishing Teams, Core Creative teams, and Studio teams to deliver high-quality assets supporting EA's global and local marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities include ensuring creative concepts are communicated effectively, tracking asset deliverables, gathering opt-ins, producing custom assets, localising, and delivering across EA’s portfolio of titles. You will also guide innovation within the team, onboard new platforms, and improve workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Project management for franchise titles and supporting other MCMs across franchises.
  • Manage the production of localised content for global partners.
  • Coordinate all international and multi-channel asset needs with creative and localisation teams.
  • Challenge plans and guide decisions to optimize production flows.
  • Develop and manage the production of advertising assets for TV, Cinema, Digital, OOH, and Print, including edits and multiple banners for various media.
  • Improve planning and delivery of source files, ensuring timely and correct technical formats.
  • Brief localisation vendors, clarify expectations, and manage deliverables and timings.
  • Oversee final asset quality control, proofing, and approvals.
  • Handle short turnaround requests.
  • Manage budgets, monitor spend, and highlight overspending.
  • Act as a key contact between asset users and content creators, maintaining relationships across the business.
  • Shape the development of future technologies to improve workflows and communication.
  • Understand legal requirements, local restrictions, and approval processes.
  • Utilize project management, budgeting, delivery, and archiving tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Experience in market/agency or in-house creative, production, or localisation teams.
  • Hands-on project management experience in a collaborative environment.
  • International experience or working with international clients.
  • Experience managing media and media agencies.
  • Technical knowledge of video and display formats, TV/Cinema specs, HTML5 code.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
