Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics with predictive/forecasting models.
• Fluency in French and/or German required for DACH/France coverage.
• Experience delivering analytics across emerging, growth, and mature markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive measurement of media investments across channels.
• Own KPI measurement and governance with agency partners.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize strategies using model outputs.
• Analyze audience and creative effectiveness across product categories.
• Monitor brand health and ambassador performance; align with brand identity.
• Identify signals and trends to flag risks or opportunities.
• Build dashboards with Data & Engineering to ensure data integrity.
• Translate model-driven data into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate across regions (France, DACH, Benelux).
• Own analytics for France and Germany markets from London office.
