SharkNinja seeks a Director of Media for Scale Markets to drive global media strategy, governance, and agile activation across NEUR, Nordics/Benelux, and SEUR. You will lead cross-region teams, shape playbooks, and ensure media plans align with brand goals while adapting to local markets.

The role requires a strategic leader with a track record in high-growth consumer categories, capable of managing budgets and collaborating with multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and investment across global or multi-market environments.
• Proven experience driving full-funnel media programs in high-growth consumer categories (tech, appliances, CPG, retail, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging MMM, analytics dashboards, DSPs, platform tools, and audience insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated, full-funnel media strategies for Scale Markets across regions.
• Lead Scale Markets media teams based in country.
• Create cross-region playbooks, templates, and operating frameworks for rapid planning.
• Translate commercial and brand goals into clear media briefs for regional teams and agencies.
• Ensure media plans reflect global priorities with local nuances.
