• 6+ years in marketing analytics with predictive/forecasting models.
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media measurement.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Predictive modelling: MMM, attribution, and incrementality to anticipate media performance.
• KPI measurement: own metrics and governance with agencies.
• Cross‑Channel optimization by translating insights into strategy.
• Audience & creative effectiveness analysis across product categories.
• Brand health and ambassador performance monitoring.
• Signal detection of anomalies in media and market data.
• Reporting & dashboards with clear, actionable insights.
• Translate model outputs into concrete recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and partner with regional teams.
• Own analytics for the UK market, with Nordics/EMEA support.
