Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Ansty, UK, is seeking two outstanding Machine Tool Maintenance - Mechatronic Technicians to join the Fan Case production team. You will support the Manufacturing Services Leader and Manufacturing Services Engineer to ensure the organisation's objectives and goals are delivered.

You will perform routine, reactive and preventive maintenance, analyse data, interpret diagrams, and collaborate with Production Leaders and OEM engineers to maintain high equipment performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical principles is required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics principles and operation.
• Basic IT literacy is expected for maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of local and regional HSE Standards and regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, reactive, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on a broad range of manufacturing assets and equipment to keep them safe and available.
• Use precision diagnostic instruments to support maintenance tasks.
• Analyse equipment data to inform maintenance approaches and KPI reporting.
• Read and interpret machinery drawings, diagrams, manuals and catalogues for maintenance and diagnostics.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance procedures and work instructions to optimise electrical installations.
