Equans is seeking a Mechanical Technician for the Leeds Oncology contract, based at St James’ University Hospital in Leeds. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week and sits within a dynamic maintenance team providing responsive services to the NHS Trust.

You will undertake reactive and planned maintenance, develop skills across building services, and report progress to your supervisor while supporting overtime as needed to maintain service levels.

Formación

• Qualified time served technician.
• Healthcare experience desirable but not essential.
• Cross-trade experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building mechanical and electrical services and equipment.
• Provide reactive and planned maintenance to NHS Trust buildings.
• Maintain records and complete service reports; provide progress updates to supervisor.
• Assist with minor upgrading and installation work as required.
• Support other skilled trades and participate in training to develop skills.
