Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Facilities Electrician for the Leeds Oncology contract, based at St James’ University Hospital. This permanent role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £32,500 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work within a maintenance team to deliver high-quality services, perform reactive and planned maintenance, and provide specialist guidance while striving for safe, compliant operation of building services.

Qualifications

• Role suitable for a newly qualified applicant.
• Healthcare experience desirable but not essential.
• Cross-trade experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of mechanical and electrical services and equipment.
• Provide customer facing, highly responsive maintenance service to the Leeds Oncology Wing.
• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks to a high standard.
• Provide reports on work in progress and completed tasks to line management.
• Undertake training to maintain and develop skills as required.
