Job summary

Market 36 Recruitment is recruiting a Mechanical Technician for a permanent role in Saffron Walden. You will inspect, service and repair a range of commercial aircraft components, read engineering drawings, and work to quality and safety standards.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 with 40 hours per week and overtime paid at 1.5x. Salary is competitive and depends on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with a focus on precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or electromechanical engineering experience.
• Aviation experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proficient with hand tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
