Eisai Europe Limited is seeking a Mechanically biased Building Services Technician with some Electrical experience to support the EKC facility in Hatfield. The role reports to the Estates Engineering Manager and involves maintaining estate-wide mechanical and electrical services for all business functions.
You will plan routine maintenance, interpret drawings, and work within CMMS/BMS systems while adhering to Safe systems of work.

We are looking for a Mechanically biased Building Services Technician with some Electrical experience who will report to the Estates Engineering Manager. This role has responsibility for the reliable and compliant operation of the estate wide services and equipment serving all business functions across the European Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility at Hatfield.
The main purpose is to deliver a high standard of mechanical and electrical services throughout the EKC business, within the estates engineering team. To plan and undertake routine scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment with stakeholders, causing minimal disruption.
Staggered working hours - 07:00-16:00 or 09:30-18:00
On-CallAllowance
Mon-Sat x1.5 basic hourly rate
Sun & BH x2 basic hourly rate (plus TOIL if working a BH)
