We have a fantastic opportunity to join Thames Water as a Mechanical Technician based at our wastewater treatment site on the outskirts of Oxford.
You will be part of a frontline support team of technicians responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and improvements of wastewater treatment processes for the project upgrade within the Thames Valley North Area of Waste & Bioresources Operations.
Your responsibilities include investigating plant failures, carrying out repairs promptly to prevent process interruptions, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently through proactive and reactive maintenance methods. You will inspect, maintain, fault diagnose, test, install, modify, or repair mechanical equipment.
You will also provide technical advice, refer to up-to-date technical knowledge, and support or train technical trainees if required.

Working Pattern: 38 hours, 5 days over 7.
