Location: Merton, UK
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Perform planned and preventive maintenance using systems such as SAP.
Install new equipment in line with operational and safety standards.
Maintain compliance with safety systems including Permit to Work processes.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialist or large-scale maintenance tasks.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and safety checks.
What We’re Looking For:
A hands-on background in mechanical engineering, with either a Level 4 Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.
Proactive, disciplined, and safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail.
Ideally, an ATEX qualification and experience working in potentially explosive or hazardous environments.
Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors preferred.
Methodical approach to diagnostics and problem-solving.
Strong teamwork, communication, and English language skills.
Comfortable with MS Office and ideally familiar with SAP or other maintenance management systems.
