Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Coventry. The role combines technical meetings with key account decision makers and responsive support, including training and expert advice on engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on mechanical background and will manage 10–20 accounts, performing around 20 visits monthly with a bias toward face-to-face engagement. The position is hybrid, with extensive product and sector training provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanical Engineer with hands-on background
• Strong mechanical engineering understanding and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage 10–20 key accounts and book appointments as face of the brand

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with 15–20 Key Account OEM and End User clients
• Conduct scheduled technical meetings and respond to enquiries with training and technical support
• Travel for face-to-face engagements with customers, typically ~20 visits per month
