OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to coordinate daily maintenance across the site in Reading. You will supervise maintenance technicians, ensure tasks are completed safely and to required standards, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical maintenance teams.
• Ability to review maintenance schedules and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality compliance.
• Experience coordinating with planners and contractors.

• Supervise planned preventive maintenance and reactive work on mechanical assets.
• Ensure work instructions, permits and site rules are understood by the team.
