Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Site Manager

Location: Cambridge

Contract / Day Rate

A Mechanical and Electrical contractor with over 50 years of experience is seeking several Mechanical Supervisors to oversee men and subcontractors on a residential site in Cambridge.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing site-based mechanical trade contractors and workers
• Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out per procedures
• Preparing technical documentation and project reports, including risk assessments, method statements, O&M manuals, technical submittals, etc.
• Attending weekly progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensuring key milestones are met and maintaining high-quality installation standards throughout

Requirements:

• CSCS card (Managers)
• SSSTS certificate
• Experience in delivering projects within the residential sector is preferred

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor and a stable career history with leading M&E building services contractors is desirable.
