Mobile Maintenance Engineer AC bias OTE £50k+

My client is a leading provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, offering high specification technical solutions to a diverse client base.

A Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer is required to perform PPM, servicing, fault finding, and reactive/breakdown repairs on air conditioning systems & equipment, including VRV, VRF, splits, cooling systems, AHU, and FCU within education and commercial facilities across Hertfordshire.

In addition to air conditioning, the role involves general building services tasks such as statutory checks and basic plumbing.

Candidate Requirements & Additional Information
  • City & Guilds and/or NVQ in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration
  • City & Guilds F-Gas (CAT 1)
  • Recognised Air Conditioning/Refrigeration/HVAC apprenticeship
  • Driving License
  • Company vehicle (van) with reasonable personal use
  • Call-out rota (approx. 1-6 weeks from Friday to Friday), with a £77 payment for being on call, minimum 4 hours pay at time & a half if called out, 30-minute travel each way
  • Benefits include pension scheme (contributory), 25 days holiday plus birthday and stats, early finish on Fridays at 3:30 pm
  • Ability to pass a DBS/CRB check
