A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a well-known UK manufacturer in the Bromsgrove area.

Role And Responsibilities

1. Work within the maintenance budgets
2. Fulfil the role of manager within the Mechanical maintenance team
3. Support with internal, external, and compliance audits
4. Plan, resource, and supervise mechanical maintenance during shutdowns
5. Support Electrical, Controls, and Instrument Engineers as required

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

1. Supervisory / Man Management experience
2. Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3. Experience managing multiple contractors and maintenance contracts
4. Experience in energy from waste / power plant / process plant industries
5. Experience with responsibility for rotating and high-pressure equipment
