Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a subcontractor on a large refurbishment project near Marlborough. You will support the Working Foreman and Site Manager, while overseeing day-to-day site labour and ensuring high standards. This role is Monday to Friday, with duties including ordering materials, coordinating subcontractors under the WBS, attending meetings, and producing weekly reports. SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications are required.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced non working foreman to join our client who are working as a subcontractor on a project near Marlborough.

It is a large refurbishment project, You will be working closely and providing support to the Working Foreman and Trades people and also the Site Manager for the main contractor.

Duties

• Day to day running of labour on site.
• Responsible for keeping all works on track and to a high standard.
• Ordering materials.
• Organising sub-contractors working under WBS.
• Attending site meetings with SIZE and carrying out health and safety works.
• A fair amount of emailing and weekly reports are also part of the role.
