A leading, established, and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings is seeking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&E / Building Services mechanical installation to join their planned growth and continued success.

Location: Candidates must be based in or near West Sussex, or be able to commute to Chichester for site work.

Role Overview: You will be an 'off the tools' manager, present on-site managing, coordinating, and inspecting mechanical installation works on one project at a time. Projects can range from £1.5M to £30M.

Candidate Profile: We seek a true professional with direct mechanical site management or supervisory experience, capable of managing on-site installations in commercial and industrial environments. Projects may include new industrial sheds for warehousing, distribution, food production, automotive showrooms, and manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications & Experience: Candidates from an M&E / Building Services background are highly preferred, with direct experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Supervisor. You should have a proven track record managing Mechanical Engineers, Plumbers, Pipefitters, HVAC Engineers, Supervisors, and Foremen on site schemes of this scale.

Collaboration & Leadership: While the company has its own team of mechanical engineers, you will collaborate with other specialist engineers to undertake some installation elements. You should be confident on-site, organized, approachable, and able to liaise effectively with your team.
