Valoris Group Limited is seeking a Technical Mechanical Supervisor in London and surrounding areas. You will lead a team of operatives, provide on-site and remote support to engineers, and drive performance improvements across mechanical and electrical services.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Services, Plumbing, or HVAC.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
• Experience in building services and social housing contracts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of operatives to ensure productivity.
• Provide technical support to field engineers on-site and remotely.
• Oversee resource allocation to maintain service quality.
• Analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Deliver training and mentoring to engineers and apprentices.
• Review post-inspection reports for contractual compliance.
