Kingston Barnes Ltd is recruiting a Mechanical Service Engineer for roles based in and around Rotherham. You will join a two-man team to service traditional mechanical machinery on customer sites, travelling between sites to perform maintenance and repairs.

The role involves day-to-day PPM, reactive maintenance, and working with hydraulics and pumps. A mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification is required, plus a driving licence and willingness to travel as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance skills.
• Mechanical apprenticeship or similar qualification.
• From an Industrial, manufacturing or service background.
• TIG or MIG welding experience ideal.
• Happy travelling as a team of 2
• Extensive mechanical experience
• Driving license

There is a great opportunity to earn overtime on top (circa 7k-8k) and a skills matrix to increase your salary to £40K over time
