About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Senior Supervisor to oversee maintenance of water assets such as CSO Valves, Penstocks, Hydraulic Power Units, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise maintenance activities and teams.
2. Inspect chambers and valve equipment.
3. Ensure safety protocols are followed.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in mechanical engineering.
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Successful completion of ONC/HNC in Engineering or similar qualification.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Full UK driver’s license.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with mobile plant (FLT, MEWP).
• Work at Height certification.
• Manual Handling qualification.
• Confined Space Entry experience.
• Pendent Crane operation experience.
