Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project / Contracts Manager to join a fast-paced Central London environment. This hands-on role covers mobilisation through to completion, coordinating contractors, managing programmes, costs and quality, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Project Manager/Contracts Manager or similar.
• Strong background in mechanical building services.
• Experience delivering commercial office refurbishments/fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specs and programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical building services projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Oversee delivery, commercial performance, programme and quality.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure works are delivered correctly.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates on risks and commercial matters.
• Support commissioning, testing, handover and close-out.
