Job summary

Frontline Construction in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical projects from pre-construction to completion. The role involves driving delivery, programmes, quality and commercial performance while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, review drawings and documentation, and manage costs, variations and valuations to ensure on-time, to-spec completion.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Project Manager in commercial construction/M&E.
• Strong mechanical installation and project delivery knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of project programmes, costs and variations.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

A well-established commercial contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager or Mechanical Project Engineer with a strong commercial M&E background.

The Role:

• Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality and commercial performance
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Working closely with clients, consultants and internal project teams

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial construction/M&E
• Strong mechanical installation and project delivery knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of project programmes, costs and variations
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Relevant mechanical qualifications or strong industry experience
