Mechanical Project Manager

Our client, a well-known sub-contractor in the M&E Sector, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee various Mechanical installations in a project located in SW London.

This role requires extensive experience in the Residential New Build & M&E sectors, managing projects from inception to completion valued over £15 million.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing project management plans, client and financial management, overseeing health and safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of Project Management experience on Residential projects, hold valid CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, and First Aid certificates, and demonstrate longevity with previous employers.

Ideally, the candidate will have progressed to a project management role from a Mechanical Engineering background.
