Skilled careers is working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of over £150m and a strong presence across the commercial, healthcare, and data centers sectors. They require a senior mechanical project manager to join their team to deliver a notable healthcare project in South West London.

Duties include:

• Attending project meetings and producing reports.
• Building relationships with clients and contractors as part of the team.
• Attending meetings with designers, specialist contractors, and internal teams.
• Reviewing designs to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Reviewing, assessing, and selecting mechanical sub-contractors.
• Having knowledge of market rates and providing commercial input to the procurement team.
• Conducting on-site reviews and managing building services installation to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to during the project.
