Job summary

Pearson Whiffin Accounts & Finance is recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a respected M&E contractor. You will oversee multiple commercial Mechanical HVAC projects across Kent and London, with flexibility to work from home where the role allows.

You will manage programme, budgets, risk and profitability, coordinate subcontractors, and build strong client relationships to ensure delivery to high quality standards, on time and safely.

Qualifications

• Proven Mechanical HVAC experience within commercial environments.
• Experience delivering multiple M&E projects simultaneously (£120K–£2M).
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Flexible attitude towards travel and working hours.
• Ability to travel across Dartford, London, and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple commercial Mechanical HVAC projects valued between £120,000 and £2 million.
• Taking full responsibility for project delivery, programme management, budgets, and profitability.
• Managing commercial and contractual risk throughout each project.
• Producing financial forecasts and project reports.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to specification and programme.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company quality standards.
• Selecting appropriate mechanical equipment and providing technically sound solutions.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected M&E contractor for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial Mechanical HVAC projects across London and the Home Counties.
