Core Search in Central London is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial fit-out schemes, delivering high-value assets on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on mid-to-large commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services.
• Experience managing mechanical packages from pre-construction to completion.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee programme, cost and quality and report on progress.
• Lead subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
• Coordinate with electrical and other MEP disciplines.
• Maintain client, consultant and contractor relationships.

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mechanical PM looking to take ownership of exciting, high-value projects and work with a well-established team.

The Role:

• Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
• Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships
• Oversee procurement, variations, valuations and commercial performance
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project reporting
• Coordinate closely with electrical and other MEP disciplines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong background in commercial fit-out
• Experience managing mechanical packages on medium to large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and associated mechanical services
• Excellent understanding of project delivery, commercial and technical processesStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant mechanical qualifications / industry experience

Package:

Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience
