Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical projects in London, from pre-construction through to completion. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery to a high standard.

The role demands strong communication with clients and consultants, rigorous progress monitoring, and a hands‑on approach to resolving issues to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Experience delivering commercial mechanical projects.
• Experience in an M&E contractor environment.
• Knowledge of end-to-end project delivery from planning to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving.
• Commercial awareness and organized approach.

Mechanical Project Manager – London

Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 benefits

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor, working across commercial projects in London.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having real ownership of their projects and wants to be involved from the initial planning and procurement stages right through to successful completion.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full delivery of mechanical projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, main contractors, clients and consultants to make sure everything is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction/planning through to completion
