Job summary

Recserv Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. You will lead mechanical packages on major Central London commercial schemes and ensure on-time delivery from mobilisation to handover.

The role involves planning the programme with the main contractor, managing supervisors and subcontractors on site, and monitoring costs, variations and health and safety. You'll report to the Contracts Manager and oversee testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with a mechanical or M&E contractor.

Your first project is likely to be at a prestigious Central London venue, with plenty of ongoing work to follow.

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with a mechanical or M&E contractor
• Strong background in plumbing and pipework installations
• Experience on Central London commercial projects
• Confident managing labour, subcontractors and client relationships
• Commercially aware, with experience of budgets and variations
• SMSTS and CSCS card (Black or Gold)
• Stable work history
