Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical package on a residential development in South West London. You will manage programme, budget and quality while coordinating site teams and subcontractors.

Role requires SMSTS, a relevant mechanical qualification and proven experience delivering £5m+ mechanical projects. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for success on this project.

Qualifications

• A relevant mechanical qualification.
• Valid SMSTS.
• Proven experience managing mechanical projects valued at £5m or above.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Excellent organisational, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Residential project experience would be advantageous

Mechanical Project Manager - Residential

Location: South West London

Rate: £350-£425 per day - Ltd or CIS, depending on experience

Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with the opportunity to move onto further projects

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a mechanical contractor with an annual turnover of circa £30m. Our client requires an experienced individual to manage the mechanical package on a residential development in South West London.

This is an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for continued work across the contractor's upcoming projects.
