This company workson a variety of different projects which include; residential. commercial andindustrialprojects of all sizes, with budgets ranging from £70k to £12 million. My client hasa strong pipeline of work and are looking for the right person to join their team.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible formanaging all mechanical aspects, delivering the project on time and within budget. You will attend meetings as required with sub contractors to ensure on time delivery. You will liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team and oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment and willbe responsible for managing the handover process.

You will need to have previous proven experience of managing similar sized projects specifically within HVAC.
