Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Engineer (Mechanical) in Dudley. The role offers a £50,000–£55,000 base salary with overtime (OTE £64k), in-house training, progression to Project Manager within 2 years and 33 days holiday.

You will review customer drawings, coordinate machinery, manage budgets and timescales, and ensure high quality across projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with optional overtime paid at 1.5x.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Engineer in a mechanical environment.
• Strong understanding of coordinating machinery and reviewing drawings.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple projects.
