Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader (Mechanical) for a well-established engineering firm in Stroud. The role is workshop-based, hands-on, with supervision of daily operations and a strong focus on health and safety.

You should have a mechanical or multi-skilled background and be ready to progress from a supervisory role or senior engineer. Monday to Friday with overtime, £40,000–£48,000 salary, plus regular bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Multi-skilled background or similar.
• Senior or seeking supervisory step up.
• Commutable to Stroud.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on the workshop floor.
• Hands-on supervision with a focus on health and safety.
• Complete a limited amount of paperwork.
